What We Did: Concrete inspection & remediation on a nine story office building. Itero was engaged by a valued client to initially perform a full façade concrete inspection, it was then requested that the critical defects be remediated using industry best practices for concrete repair. Itero successfully completed the scope, requiring large extensive concrete breakout. Our concrete remediation catchment net was designed and built specifically for these types of works where breakout could result in large, dropped objects. The net is designed to catch any concrete that may potentially pose a risk to personnel and public below. Itero achieved zero incidents and 100% success on the Atrium façade repair.
