Patrick McCormack
Founding Director.
With more than 15 years in the safety and access industry, Patrick is a highly experienced access specialist. He is qualified and skilled in rigging, advanced scaffolding and suspended decking systems with IRATA Level 3 qualification, together with significant experience in the design, certification and installation of custom height safety/access systems. Patrick’s expertise across a wide range of access methods, with many years of experience in managing complex projects across multiple sectors, make him uniquely skilled in developing the most effective access methodology to complete your project.
James Nowland
AREA MANAGER
James Nowland is a seasoned project manager with over 20 years of experience in the minerals and resources industry, including offshore oil and gas. With extensive knowledge and technical expertise in complex rigging and access solutions, James excels in delivering high-risk projects. At Itero, he has a proven track record of successfully completing key projects in the construction and mining sectors, and is our senior project lead where the V-Deck™ system is required. James holds qualifications as an RA L3, Advanced Rigger, and Advanced Scaffolder. His strategic mindset and excellent communication skills ensure seamless collaboration and exceptional results for our clients.
Michael lenkic
AREA MANAGER
Michael Lenkic is a skilled Project Manager with over a decade of experience in industrial coatings and asset remediation. At Itero Australia, Michael plays a pivotal role in managing complex projects across the industrial, mining, and construction sectors, with a strong focus on the South West region of Western Australia. He also leads all Itero projects for our valued client CBH.
Renowned for his leadership and meticulous attention to detail, Michael ensures projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. His impressive track record includes overseeing some of Itero’s most technically challenging access, blast, and paint projects, as well as successfully managing a large-scale EONCOAT project.
Michael’s ability to navigate high-risk environments, coordinate teams, and consistently deliver exceptional results on time and within budget makes him an invaluable asset to Itero and our clients.
