Itero is seeking a Painting Supervisor to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. The scope of the role will include Industrial, Regional (DIDO) and FIFO projects.

Successful applicants will have the following skills and experience:

Certificate in Painting & Blasting or at least 3 years proven industry experience
Current NACE certification
Strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate projects with a proactive approach and a hands-on attitude
A strong safety focus and the ability to lead by example to achieve all safe work practices
High level of organisational and problem‑solving skills
Construction White Card
Working at Heights certificate (within 2 years)
Confined Space (within 2 years)
Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and ongoing Drug & Alcohol screening
Currently based in Western Australia
