Project/Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project/Site Manager to lead and oversee remedial and access projects across a diverse portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has a strong understanding of building pathology, and is confident managing both traditional and alternative access methods—including rope access, swing stages, scaffolding, and EWPs.

As a key leader within our delivery team, you will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the high level of quality our clients expect.

 

The successful applicant will present the following:

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager within the remedial, structural repair, or building maintenance
  • Strong understanding of access methods (rope access/IRATA, EWPs, scaffolding, swing stages).
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, scopes of work, and technical reports.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • High level of organisational and problem‑solving skills.
  • WHS qualification (minimum White Card; additional safety training highly regarded).
  • IRATA certification or experience managing rope access technicians is desirable but not essential.
  • Driver’s licence required.

 

Experience and traits

We are seeking a driven, self-motivated individual who can demonstrate the following skills:

  • Manage end‑to‑end delivery of remedial and access projects, from planning through to completion.
  • Coordinate site operations, subcontractors, and access personnel to maintain efficient workflows.
  • Conduct site inspections, prepare daily reports, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Oversee WHS management, including risk assessments, toolbox talks, and permit controls.
  • Liaise with clients, engineers, strata managers, and internal stakeholders to maintain transparent communication.
  • Manage project budgets, procurement, and cost tracking.
  • Resolve site issues promptly and professionally to keep projects on schedule.
  • Drive quality assurance processes and ensure all works meet industry standards and compliance requirements.
